Transcorp Hotels posts N47.57bn H1 revenue

Transcorp Hotels Plc has reported an impressive ₦47.57 billion in revenue for the half-year ended June 30, 2025, marking a 60% increase from the ₦29.72 billion recorded in the same period of 2024.

The company also posted a 71% rise in gross profit, jumping from ₦21.19 billion in H1 2024 to ₦36.21 billion in H1 2025. Despite inflationary pressures and rising operating costs, the firm maintained a gross profit margin of 76%, underscoring strong operational performance.

Transcorp Hotels Plc, the hospitality arm of Transnational Corporation Plc, has key investments in Transcorp Hilton Abuja and Aura by Transcorp Hotels, its innovative digital platform for lodging, experiences, and home stays.

According to a statement filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) on Friday, the company’s stellar half-year performance was driven by sustained innovation, operational efficiency, and the successful launch of the 5,000-seat Transcorp Centre in Abuja.


Interim Dividend Declared

In a show of continued commitment to shareholder value, Transcorp Hotels Plc declared an interim dividend of ₦1.024 billion, translating to 10 kobo per 50 kobo ordinary share, subject to applicable withholding tax.
